Enter your Notice ID and confirmation code (if you received one) or choose the form without a code. 3. Upload documentation if you are alleging an overcharge. 4. Pick either the digital payment options listed or request a mailed check. What happens next The court will hold a final approval hearing on May 20 2026. Payments and coupon instructions are expected to be distributed in early summer, after any appeals conclude. Unclaimed funds will revert to charity and administrative costs, not to Dollar General. Bottom line for shoppers If you bought even a single item at Dollar General in the past nine years and suspect you overpaid, filing the straightforward online claim could secure you an immediate $10 payout—and at minimum, every class member can lock in the $3 discount for early June.
