Man Utd vs Roma LIVE: Kick-Off Time, TV Channel, Predicted Line-Ups & Latest Team News

Manchester United produced a dramatic 3-2 comeback against AS Roma at Old Trafford on Tuesday night, igniting their UEFA Champions League campaign and easing the pressure on head coach Michael Carrick. First-half strikes from Matías Soulé and a Donyell Malen penalty left the Red Devils staring at a fourth straight European defeat, but a retaken Bruno Fernandes spot-kick on 58 minutes sparked a tidal wave of momentum. Substitute Matheus Cunha then netted twice in three frantic minutes—latching onto a clipped Fernandes cross on 83' and smashing Shea Lacey’s cut-back in off the near post on 86'—to complete one of Old Trafford’s great nights. Key talking points • Carrick’s lifeline: The result ends a nine-match winless run and lifts United to six points in Group A, just two behind the qualification places. • Cunha the catalyst: The Brazilian’s late brace takes him to four goals in continental play this term and showcased the cutting edge United have lacked. • Academy impact: Teenager Shea Lacey’s composed assist underlined the club’s faith in youth, echoing famous United comebacks of the past. • Defensive frailties linger: Early lapses down Diogo Dalot’s flank and Ayden Heaven’s handball show the back line remains a work in progress.
