Florida State vs Boston College Live Stream: Start Time, TV Channel, Odds & Key Injury Updates for Saturday’s ACC Showdown

The Florida State Seminoles and Boston College Eagles are set for a high-stakes ACC clash on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, with kickoff scheduled for noon ET. This matchup carries extra intrigue after Boston College’s stunning 28-13 upset in Tallahassee to open the 2024 season, a game that saw the Eagles outrush FSU 263-21 and control the line of scrimmage from start to finish. Two years later, both rosters look dramatically different, yet the memory of that loss still fuels a Seminole squad chasing its first ACC title game berth since 2023. Key storylines to watch 1. Coaching shake-up in Tallahassee: After a mid-season slide, Florida State turned to longtime assistant Rick Stockstill as interim head coach, and he has promised a “street fight” brand of football for his debut against BC. How quickly the Seminoles adapt to new leadership could decide the contest. 2. Attrition hits the Eagles: Boston College ruled out 20 players earlier this week, thinning depth at linebacker, receiver and along the offensive line. Expect offensive coordinator Steve Shimko to lean even more on dual-threat quarterback Thomas Castellanos and running back Treshaun Ward to shorten the game and keep FSU’s speed off the field. 3. FSU’s revamped attack vs. BC’s improving defense: The Seminoles’ offense under new play-caller Alex Atkins has emphasized tempo, averaging 82 snaps per game over the last month. BC counters with an emerging pass rush led by end Donovan Ezeiruaku, who has recorded 6.5 sacks in that span. A detailed unit-by-unit breakdown from earlier in the week highlights how FSU’s vertical passing game could stress a young Eagle secondary. Players to watch • Jordan Travis, QB, Florida State – The sixth-year senior needs 221 passing yards to become the program’s all-time leader and faces a defense allowing 258 yards per game through the air. • Thomas Castellanos, QB, Boston College – His legs powered the 2024 upset; he enters Saturday with 832 rushing yards and 12 scores. • Keon Coleman, WR, Florida State – A projected first-round pick, Coleman averages 18.6 yards per catch and will test BC’s cornerback depth. • Kamal Jones, LB, Boston College – Pressed into a larger role by injuries, Jones paces the Eagles with 82 tackles and must spy Travis on designed runs. Betting line and TV info Early odds list Florida State as a 9.5-point road favorite, with the total hovering around 55. The game will air nationally on ACC Network, and limited tickets remain through primary and secondary markets. Prediction If Florida State protects the football and limits Castellanos’ scramble lanes, its superior depth should prevail late. But Alumni Stadium has been unkind to ranked visitors before, and BC’s ground-heavy blueprint can shorten the game enough to spring another surprise. Seminoles 31, Eagles 24.
