Breeze Airways Launches 14 New Routes with $39 Intro Fares to Atlantic City, San Antonio & Bahamas
• Hot Trendy News
Breeze Airways is back in expansion mode, unveiling new nonstop and one-stop flights that promise ultra-low fares, fresh city pairs and more seats on its fuel-efficient Airbus A220-300s.
SAN ANTONIO SCORES THREE NEW NONSTOPS
Starting 7 May 2026, Breeze resumes service at San Antonio International Airport with a twice-weekly nonstop to Raleigh-Durham. One day later, 8 May, year-round flights to Memphis lift off, also twice per week. Summer travelers get a Wednesday/Saturday nonstop to Pensacola beginning 10 June, plus same-plane “BreezeThru” options that carry on to Tampa and Raleigh without changing aircraft. Introductory one-way fares run from $49 to $79, undercutting legacy competition and adding badly needed point-to-point connectivity for South-Central Texas.
$39 GETAWAYS FROM ATLANTIC CITY
On the same day the Alamo City news broke, South Jersey Transportation Authority revealed that Atlantic City International Airport will welcome Breeze as its third scheduled carrier. Twice-weekly nonstop flights to Charleston and Raleigh/Durham debut in May, with a one-stop, no-change-of-plane ride to Tampa launching in June. The headline-grabbing teaser fare: just $39 each way, a bid to lure leisure traffic and diversify an airport long dominated by ultra-low-cost rivals.
WHY THE SUDDEN SURGE?
Founder-CEO David Neeleman says pent-up demand and airport incentives make secondary markets ripe for expansion. Breeze’s 137-seat A220s—equipped with streaming entertainment, in-seat power and optional first-class-style “Nicest” seating—enable profitable service on thinner routes where larger jets struggle. The airline now serves more than 30 states and is eyeing its first international destinations later this year.
WHAT TRAVELERS SHOULD KNOW
• Tickets are on sale now at flybreeze.com with no change or cancellation fees.
• Bags cost extra, but booking a bundled “Nice,” “Nicer” or “Nicest” fare unlocks carry-on, checked-bag and seat-selection perks.
• All new routes earn BreezePoints in the carrier’s simple‐to‐redeem loyalty program.
BOTTOM LINE
With rock-bottom introductory fares, brand-new jets and a strategy built on nonstop convenience, Breeze Airways is turning secondary airports into primary growth engines—and giving travelers fresh, affordable ways to connect in 2026.
